1. How long does it take to process the return?
Please allow up to one week for your return to take place. You will receive an email confirmation when complete. Please ensure all the tags are intact. It will be helpful for us if you tell its honestly why you want to return the item.
2. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-5 business days.
3. Do you offer discount coupons?
We do not share any discount coupons on third parties, please refrain paying for any kind of coupon codes on any platform for Isthitos. We do send cash back to the customers for the return of used items.
4. Is there is a return fee?
No, there is no return fee.
5. How do I make an exchange?
Start your return process here and place a new order online for a replacement item. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your return to be processed.
6. Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
Eligible orders can be cancelled for a short time after order placement. In case, the product is shipped and we are unable to cancel, you can return the product after you receive it.
7. Can I change my shipping address or payment method after my order is placed?
We are unable to modify an address or payment method after an order has been submitted. However, once you have received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items.
